Another 100 Innings Game has come and gone, leaving us with some great memories, new and renewed friendships, and a sense of the team our Mustangs can become with diligent effort from the players and coaches! This year's championship was claimed by the Blues, followed closely by the Blacks, with the Whites and Grays in a dead heat for third place. The Fungo-Man was hit around the park fairly well this year, with the highlights being big flys by Jairus Alexander, Christian Dao, Brent Janak, Walker Williams, and Hunter Kirkland.
The First Annual Home Run Derby was hotly contested, with dingers hit by Jairus Alexander, Christian Dao, and Brent Janak. But the championship was claimed by Walker Williams, with two big blasts over the right field wall.
The festivities culminated with an All Star Game where the Blacks & Grays combined to take on the Blues & Whites. It was a tight contest, but the Blues & Whites prevailed 6 - 4.
2012 - 100 Inning Game Update:
Thursday, Feb 9th - Game 1 at 6 PM; Game 2 at 7 PM
Friday, Feb 10th - Games at 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, & 9 PM
Saturday, Feb 11th - Games from 9 AM - 5 PM
Home Run Derby - 1 PM
BBQ Lunch - served from 11 AM - 2 PM
